Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center offers treadmills, stairclimbers and stationary bikes indoors, and 50 acres outdoors to get that heart rate going. Maintain that muscle tone with free weights and a full menu of machines 24 hours a day, all year long. Certified personal trainers are available, implementing not only the weight equipment, but also physio- and medicine balls, dumbbells, and more.

Class & Group Activities

Need a more structured environment? We know it's not always easy to achieve your fitness goals alone. Cedar Creek offers various programs to keep you motivated in a group setting. Our annual Fitness Challenge is a great way to get started – and stick with it. Want to stretch your fitness repertoire? Join us for Yoga classes with certified instructors who will help you get the most out of your workout. Or make a splash with our outdoor water aerobics. This low-impact workout is perfect for heating up your metabolism while staying cool.
